How quickly can I deploy MedHook?
Most customers deploy their first workflow within 1 hour using Docker Compose. Enterprise deployments on AWS/Azure/GCP typically take 1-2 days with our support.
Do you offer implementation support?
Yes. Every deployment starts with a forward-deployed install: our engineers set MedHook up in your own cloud and build your first interfaces with your team. After that, an annual support and subscription agreement covers ongoing support.
Is MedHook HIPAA compliant?
HIPAA-aligned controls; we sign a BAA before any PHI. MedHook includes encryption at rest, audit logging, and RBAC by default, and runs in your own cloud. HIPAA compliance is shared: it also depends on how you configure and operate your environment.
What if I need custom adapters?
Enterprise customers can request custom adapters. We also provide documentation for building your own adapters using our adapter framework.
