How quickly can I deploy MedHook?
Most customers deploy their first workflow within 1 hour using Docker Compose. Enterprise deployments on AWS/Azure/GCP typically take 1-2 days with our support.
Do you offer implementation support?
Yes! All paid plans include email support. Enterprise customers get dedicated Slack channels and implementation assistance from our team.
Is MedHook HIPAA compliant?
Yes. MedHook includes encryption at rest, audit logging, and RBAC by default. We'll sign BAAs for Enterprise customers.
What if I need custom adapters?
Enterprise customers can request custom adapters. We also provide documentation for building your own adapters using our adapter framework.
