Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By accessing or using MedHook (“Service”), operated by 1PuttHealth LLC, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

MedHook provides a self-hosted healthcare data integration platform, including the MedHook Engine, Desktop App, and web dashboard at medhook.dev. You deploy and operate the Engine on your own infrastructure. We provide license keys, analytics, and billing management via medhook.dev.

3. License

Subject to your plan and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the MedHook Engine on infrastructure you control.

• Free plan — 500 integration credits, one engine instance.
• Pro plan — Expanded credits and workflow limits per the current pricing page.
• Enterprise plan — Unlimited usage per your enterprise agreement.

License keys are tied to your account and may not be shared or transferred.

4. Acceptable Use

You may use MedHook to build healthcare data integration workflows for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from licensed components
• Use the Service to process data in violation of applicable law, including HIPAA
• Resell or sublicense MedHook to third parties without a written reseller agreement
• Use the Service for any purpose that is unlawful or harmful

5. Data and Privacy

Your patients' data is processed on your infrastructure. We do not receive or store Protected Health Information. See our Privacy Policy for details on what account data we collect and how we use it.

6. Payment

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may suspend access to paid features if payment fails and remains uncured for 7 days.

7. Availability

The MedHook Engine runs on your infrastructure — its uptime is your responsibility. We provide medhook.dev (dashboard, licensing, analytics) on a best-effort basis. Enterprise customers receive a 99.9% uptime SLA for medhook.dev services per their enterprise agreement.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate at any time. Upon termination, your license keys are deactivated. Your account data is retained for 90 days, then permanently deleted unless you request earlier deletion.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
